Traditional

• Where the theatre of making coffee is required using coffee beans and fresh milk, a drink will have to be made manually which can be time consuming although two or four cups can be dispensed at the same time
• Hot water for tea and hot chocolate
• User will have to be barista trained and quality, consistency and speed of drink will depend on their skill in operating the machine
• Two types of coffee e.g. regular and de-caffeinated or fairtrade can be offered however you will require a seperate grinder
• Needs permanent connection to water supply

Bean to cup

• A drink is dispensed at the simple touch of a button using coffee beans and fresh milk
• Not as fast as an instant machine and limited to between 75 and 150 cups per day
• Fully automatic
• Seperate hot water boiler recommended for tea and hot chocolate 
• Higher volume machines are faster and can offer hot water for tea and hot chocolate but can cost upto twice as much (prices available upon request)
• Quality and consistency of the drink is the same every time
• Double bean grinder offering two types of coffee e.g. regular and de-caffeinated or fairtrade
• Coffee spout with height adjustment that can be moved up and down to fit any size cup or glass
• Coin-operation models available for self-service
• Specialist cleaning products required
• Tank-fed or permanent connection to water supply
